Studio prices are per location; five or more locations are priced on request. Basic clients, who only book and buy, don't count toward the limit.

Using only one or two add-ons? Pro stays cheaper up to 200 clients. Payments alone add $10 a month.
What your clients pay
Nothing to Trainerize. Its pricing page says "there is absolutely no cost for your clients to use ABC Trainerize". You set your own prices and charge clients through Stripe, which takes its own card fees.
Only coaching clients count toward your plan. Basic clients can book appointments and buy, but can't follow programs, log workouts or message you.
Changing plans and cancelling
- Upgrades apply at once, with the difference charged pro rata.
- Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. Trainerize doesn't refund unused time.
- Cancelling moves you to the Free plan. Clients above 1 are deactivated, recurring products stop renewing, and a branded app is deactivated.
When you outgrow renting a platform
Trainerize is a strong tool for coaching clients 1:1. It gets expensive, and limiting, when you sell your own method to a large audience: you pay for seats, add-ons and the platform's features, not your own product.

Is there a free version of Trainerize?
Yes: the Free plan covers 1 coaching client, with no card and no end date. It includes the mobile app, workout programs and basic messaging, and a finished trial drops back to it.
How much is Trainerize per month?
$10 for Grow with 2 clients, then $25 for 5, $135 for 50 and $250 for 200 on Pro. Studio Plus is $275 for up to 500. Paying yearly takes 10% off.
Do clients pay for Trainerize?
No. Clients use the app for free, and you decide what to charge them for your coaching.
Does Trainerize take a cut of my sales?
Its pricing page doesn't mention one. On Grow and Pro, payments cost $10 a month through your Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own card fees.
Is Trainerize Studio worth it?
Yes, if you use most add-ons with about 100 clients or more. At 100 clients, Pro with every add-on is $315 a month, against $275 for Studio Plus, which also adds your own App Store listing.
